Do you like world music? Do you play an instrument or sing?
🥁🎻 🎷 Welcome to be a part of the 3rd edition of the Merirasti Music Sharing

– Make music together – meet & play with local musicians from many cultures, no matter your instrument, tradition, or experience
– Bring a song you love – or just join in the playing
– Learn songs from others – no sheet music, we learn by ear
– Perform as one – we play our new repertoire at the Story Sharing Café!
Join us for one weekend full of music from around the world
/// What is it?
Join us for one weekend full of music from around the world!
The idea of creating the Merirasti Music Sharing Workshops emerged during a Story Sharing Café. Since music and songs tell stories of our cultures, peoples, and places, we began to imagine a gathering in the neighborhood focused on that!
The Merirasti Music Sharing Workshops invites everyone who loves music and knows how to play an instrument and/or sing to come together. During one weekend we will learn songs from each other and arrange them for a performance at the Story Sharing Café.
